If you want to return an unopened game
If you have opened the shipping box, but haven't opened the plastic on the game yet, the package can't be returned to sender, but can be returned for a refund back to your original payment method.
Email us (games@cut.com) to request the return and we'll provide you with the shipping information. You must contact us within 14 days of the day you received it for us to accept the return.
You can either send it back at your own expense, or we can provide you with a shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
If you want to return an opened game
We know these things are a matter of taste, and if it's not to your taste, we understand.
If the game is not damaged, has nothing missing, and is still in playable condition, we may (at our discretion) accept it back and donate it to charity.

Size exchanges on apparel
We list detailed size information on all apparel products, so please check that carefully before you order.
Since each shirt, hat, etc. is printed specifically for each order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on apparel. We don't hold extra inventory of different sizes of everything.
Returns from outside the US
If we shipped you a game from the US to another country, returns are very difficult and expensive to manage.
Please contact us at games@cut.com for instructions, as procedures vary from country to country.
If your order is returned to us due to a delivery problem
When packages are returned by the post office, we try to reach out to you and let you know. We will reship a problem package once for free.
Due to workload, we aren't able to always reach out to people as soon as their packages are returned, so if your tracking shows that your package has been returned to sender, and that's not what you meant to happen, email us (games@cut.com) and we'll arrange for a reshipment.
If the package was undeliverable for whatever reason, we can try the same address again, or an alternate address (work? a friend's?) that might be more reliable – it's up to you.
However, note that any shipment or reshipment must be addressed to the person who lives at that place. The mail carrier may not recognize your name at your friend's address, or think it's an old resident or something like that. This a common reason for packages to be returned to sender by the post office.
